The $500 million Bronx Terminal Market (formerly known as Gateway Center at Bronx Terminal Market) is a major shopping center in the Bronx. Completed in 2009, the shopping center is located off the Major Deegan Expressway at Exit 4/5. It is a short walk from the 149th Street-Grand Concourse Subway Station and Metro-North Railroad Station.

The complex comprises of North Building and South Building, linked by a multilevel garage. There are 25 tenants at the Bronx Terminal Market but a few anchor tenants occupy most of the retail space. The largest is Target, completely occupying the fifth floor of the North Building with 190,000 sq. feet (18,000 sq. meters) of retail space. Other anchor tenants include Home Depot, BJ’s Wholesale Club, Best Buy, and Toys”R”Us. Restaurants include Subway (sandwiches), Applebees (casual dining), and Marisco Centro (seafood).
