Clifton Hill
Clifton Hill and the surrounding area is a short walk from the Niagara Falls. It is a major tourist district with a carnival-like atmosphere ready to suck your wallet. There are tons of things to see and do here with entertaining attractions including haunted houses, amusing museums (including wax museums), miniature golf courses, video arcades, and a 4-D theater. Clifton Hill is also a popular destination for eating out in Niagara Falls. You are never short of choices including cafes, fast foods, casual, and fine dining restaurants but expect inflated prices. For souvenirs and gifts to take back home, there are several selling a wide assortment of merchandise including souvenir clothes, mugs, artwork, novelties, and collectibles.

Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort is a Vegas-style casino with one of the largest gaming floors in the world. Not everything is about gambling here, there is a 1,500-seat theater - the venue for many performances by international stars. There are also more than a dozen restaurants ranging from casual, all-you-can-eat buffet to fine dining. Another is the Casino Niagara, the first casino in Niagara Falls. Besides gaming, the casino features free performances by live bands on weekends, free performance by impersonators of famous singers every Wednesday, and standup comedy every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights.

Theme Parks
Marineland is home to amazing performances by dolphins, beluga whales, walruses, and sea lions. The park also features several of amusement rides including the Sky Screamer, Orca Screamer, Tivoli Wheel, and Hurricane Cove. Fallsview Indoor Waterpark is the largest indoor water park in Niagara Falls and directly connected to the Sheraton, Crowne Plaza, and Skyline Inn. The water park features a large wave pool, outdoor sundeck with pool, and 16 waterslides. Waves Indoor Water Park is a glass-enclosed water park located at the Americana Conference Resort and Spa. The park opens year round and features a wave pool, kiddy pool, water slides, and giant tipping bucket.

Winter Festival of Lights
The Winter Festival of Lights in Niagara Falls is held each year from November to January. The festival began in 1983 and today the largest light festival in Canada, attracting more than 1.5 million visitors each year. During the festival, more than three million sparkling lights decorate a three-mile (5 km) stretch along the Niagara Parkway. The period turns Niagara Falls into a winter wonderland, capturing the magic of the holiday season. The lighting displays also include the Skylon Tower, Zimmerman Fountain, and Table Rock.
