Flushing Town Hall

Flushing Town Hall is located in Northern Boulevard in the neighborhood of Flushing. Housed in a two-story red brick building constructed in 1862, it was once the center of social and political life in the borough. Today, the building houses the Flushing Council on Culture and the Arts (FCCA) and a major venue for many music and performing arts programs in Queens. Performances are in the 308-seat Great Hall with its state-of-the-art audio equipment and extensive lighting.

Performances at Flushing Town Hall include classical music, music from around the world, jazz, gospel, dance, mime, and puppetry. It has become a major venue for several jazz and cabaret performances held each year in Queens. International musicians who have performed here include Yondi Li, Sunny Jain, Pucho Brown, Meg Okura, Noreum Machi, and John Blake. Flushing Town Halls is also the venue for the Lunar New Year Festival and Hispanic Heritage Festival.
